We had an unexpected visitor to Knocknagin P.S recently when a friendly hedgehog went on an adventure in our garden. Unfortunately he got stuck in the netting of our football goals and had to be rescued by our local vet Mrs.McGovern . Many thanks to the McGovern family for caring for the hedgehog and bringing him to our After School Club where the children had an opportunity to learn more about hedgehogs, before his safe release.
